Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind
For most eligible online purchases, consumers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under UK consumer protection rules. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Condition
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described, returned goods should normally be unused, in suitable resale condition, returned with original packaging where reasonably possible, and complete with all accessories and components. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the item.

Return Shipping

Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow reasonable time for the refund to be processed by both us and your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
